The idea

Your next idea. Built to work.

We build custom software for the work that matters: serving customers, managing operations and bringing new products to market. From Sri Lanka to your business, we turn complex requirements into clear, usable systems.

The blueprint

Clear thinking before the first line of code.

We map the people, decisions and data behind your idea. The result is a practical scope, understandable user journeys and a plan for the first useful release.

The build

Built around the people who use it.

Customer portals, business dashboards, storefronts and mobile apps should make the next step clear. We connect thoughtful interfaces with the business rules that keep your operation running.

The connected product

Your customers. Your team. One connected workflow.

Connect the steps that belong together, so information can move from a customer action to the people responsible for delivering it.

Customers
Accounts, enquiries and orders
Teams
Tasks, approvals and permissions
Payments
Transactions, invoices and payment status
Operations
Stock, fulfilment and reporting

The launch

Launch with a plan for what comes next.

A successful launch needs more than finished screens. We plan testing, deployment, handover and the support your product will need as people start using it.

What we build

Software for the way your business works.

You may need a new product, a better internal system or a connection between tools you already use. We help define the right scope and build it in manageable stages.

Solution blueprints

Explore three practical solution blueprints covering business operations, subscription software and digital commerce. Each explains the workflows, design decisions and measures that matter.

These are illustrative solution approaches, not completed client case studies.

A shared record connects work, decisions and reporting.

Custom business software · Workflow automation

Connected business operations

The challenge
Records, approvals and reports live in separate places, making it difficult to see what needs attention.
The approach
Bring daily tasks into role-based workflows with shared records, clear statuses and an audit trail.
What to measure
Processing time, manual re-entry and the time needed to prepare operational reports.
Explore the operations blueprint
Shared platform management with separate customer workspaces.

SaaS platforms · API integrations

A platform for many customer accounts

The challenge
A product needs to serve different customers without mixing their data or multiplying manual administration.
The approach
Design tenant-aware workspaces, plan entitlements and account lifecycle management around one maintainable platform.
What to measure
Onboarding completion, account setup effort and the reliability of subscription changes.

Connected channels use a consistent set of commerce rules.

E-commerce systems · Flutter mobile applications

Connected commerce across web and mobile

The challenge
The storefront experience and the team fulfilling each order need consistent information and rules.
The approach
Connect catalogue, checkout, payment status and fulfilment through a shared backend, with mobile experiences where useful.
What to measure
Checkout completion, stock exceptions and the time from order placement to fulfilment.

How we work

A clear process, with useful decisions at every stage.

We break the work into visible stages so you can review progress, make decisions and understand what is coming next. Deliverables and review points are agreed for your project.

  1. Stage 1

    Discovery

We learn how the work happens today, where it breaks down and what the first release must achieve. We challenge assumptions before they become expensive features.

    You receive

A prioritised scope, key assumptions and a proposed delivery approach.

  2. Stage 2

    Architecture and UX

We map user journeys, key screens, data relationships and permissions. We also identify the integrations and technical dependencies that could affect delivery.

    You receive

Agreed screen flows, a technical direction and a phased build plan. Interactive prototypes are included where agreed.

  3. Stage 3

    Development

We build in reviewable stages and demonstrate working features. Written updates make completed work, open questions and changes visible.

    You receive

Staging demonstrations, progress updates and an agreed process for feedback and scope changes.

  4. Stage 4

    Testing

We test important workflows, permissions and failure cases. Your team checks that the software supports the operation it was built for.

    You receive

Acceptance criteria, a record of significant issues and a release decision based on agreed launch requirements.

  5. Stage 5

    Launch and support

We prepare deployment, configuration and handover. Data migration, training and ongoing maintenance are planned to match the agreed scope.

    You receive

A launch checklist, operational guidance and support options with defined responsibilities.

Engineering approach

Built to keep working as your business changes.

The quality of a system depends on what happens behind its screens. We consider how it will be secured, tested, maintained and operated from the start.

  1. Maintainable architecture

We separate business rules from interface code and keep responsibilities clear. Consistent structure and documentation make future changes easier to assess.

  2. Access control

Roles and permissions are enforced on the server, with checks around sensitive actions and data. Hiding a button is not an access-control strategy.

  3. Tenant isolation

For SaaS products, customer context is enforced across queries, background jobs and file access, with tests around isolation boundaries.

  4. Measured performance

We review database queries, page weight and background processing. Load targets and infrastructure choices are based on the expected workload.

  5. Meaningful testing

We focus automated checks on important business rules and risky workflows, supported by acceptance testing on staging.

  6. Planned deployment

Releases need a repeatable process, appropriate backups and a recovery plan. Hosting and operational responsibilities are agreed before launch.

Our technology

Practical tools. Clear reasons for choosing them.

Our core stack brings business logic, responsive interfaces and structured data together. The final architecture follows the needs of the product.

  • Mobile applications

    Flutter

A shared foundation for iOS and Android apps, with platform-specific work where the experience requires it.

  • Web interfaces

    React

Reusable components for interactive dashboards, portals and customer experiences.

  • Connected web applications

    Inertia

A bridge between Laravel and React that supports app-like navigation without requiring a separate API for every web interaction.

  • Business logic

    Laravel

Application workflows, permissions, integrations and background jobs in a structured PHP framework.

  • Operational data

    MySQL

Structured storage for records, transactions and reporting, with data integrity and backup requirements considered in the design.

About ElysiumCoders

Understand the business. Build the right software.

ElysiumCoders is based in Sri Lanka and works with local and international clients. We combine software engineering with a practical interest in how businesses operate: who needs information, what needs approval and where work gets delayed. That understanding shapes the systems we build.
